Those Cincinnati Bengals aren't just famous for losing games...
In Hamilton County, Ohio, a new tax is going up for a vote. It seems that there are too many criminals, and not enough jail space. Miscreants are being released prematurely due to lack of room... I say that their comfort should not be of particular concern, as they are criminals who spit on the rights of law-abiding citizens, but that's another discussion.
Rather than punish the hell out of criminals, thus deterring them from future deviant behavior, the taxpayer is expected to put up even more of their hard-earned, honestly made money to powder these animal's butts. It makes me sick.
