On July 8th I blogged about my nephew Cody, who would be requiring open-heart surgery to repair a birth defect.
Cody had the surgery and is recovering well. The surgery was a success, and his parents report that he is a new baby; perky and attentive, as far as newborns go! The family is celebrating his good prognosis.
