CAIR: Aid And Comfort To Terrorists

I wasn't going to do much posting about the terror plot out of the UK to murder civilians on airlines over the Atlantic Ocean. I was and am too angry, and did not think that I could string a coherent paragraph together, so forgive me if this post is a little less polished than usual.

And then I heard CAIR pissing on America and the President again.

Here is CAIR's statement to the American people.

In its statement, CAIR said:
"American Muslims have consistently condemned all acts of terrorism, whether carried out by individuals, groups or states. We repudiate anyone or any group that plans or carries out a terrorist act. We welcome early actions by law enforcement authorities against credible threats to the safety of the traveling public. "The American Muslim community has always been dedicated to the protection of our national security. It is also important that our fellow Americans understand that Muslims are law-abiding citizens who should not be targeted or singled out because of their faith or national origin. "We have been contacted by federal law enforcement authorities who are taking steps to ensure that there is no backlash against the American Muslim community. We commend them for their pro-active efforts. We ask local Muslim communities to step up security measures at mosques and other Islamic institutions. We also urge local law enforcement agencies to coordinate with Muslim leaders to deter hate crimes. "It is important, based on past counterterrorism cases that did not lead to terror convictions, that we withhold judgment until all the facts of this case come to light. We also ask public officials and commentators to avoid using stereotypical and ill-defined terminology when referring to this and similar cases. "As the largest American Muslim civil rights and advocacy group, it is our religious and civic duty to reach out to all Americans to reaffirm Islam's teachings of peace, justice and tolerance for all."

They think we are stupid! Do they cajole the Muslim community to purge the terrorists from their midst? No. They don't want us to get mad, to respond! It's never the fault of the Islamofascists... Which brings me to another point...

Today, President Bush released a statement, which begins with this:

THE PRESIDENT: The recent arrests that our fellow citizens are now learning about are a stark reminder that this nation is at war with Islamic fascists who will use any means to destroy those of us who love freedom, to hurt our nation.

The President called it for what it is: Islamofascism! And CAIR comes out from under the rocks like the cockroaches they are to condemn the President's statement!

Close to home, the local branch of CAIR actually held an anti-Israeli rally... against the atrocities of Israel in Palestine and Lebanon! They named it Stop the Terrorism. Can you believe that bullshit?

So you see, my logical, common sense, knowledge of history brain just can't take any more right now. Therefore, I am going to slip into my own little fantasy world of how I would like to see the U.S. take out Islamofascism...
