Israel Will Not Allow Iran Nuclear Capability.

Dr. Josef Olmert, brother of the Israeli Prime Minister, said Monday that Israel "will not allow" Iran to achieve nuclear weapons capability, and will launch a unilateral military strike to destroy Iranian nuclear facilities if necessary.

"Iran will not be allowed to get to the point where they will have the capability to destroy the state of Israel," Olmert said. "We shall prevail, and Iran will fail."

"Israel can't wait for the hope of regime change in Iran. Time is running out."

I agree with him. I know this isn't coming from the PM himself, so I'm not sure if it's something we can take to the bank, but I think he is defiantly right. Israel, and the rest of the world, for that matter, cannot wait on the EU bribery attempts, or the UN to pass endless and useless resolutions while Iran steadily increases it's nuclear capability.

Although I believe we are already in the political positioning phase of WWIII, you can bet that if Israel strikes Iran it will begin the open military hostilities.
