This story is a stunning culmination of the ingrate, spoiled brat children we as a litigious society are producing.
Madison, Wisconsin:
Carriel Louah, 25, of Illinois is suing her Wisconsin parents after falling and breaking her ankle in their driveway.
Louah showed up for a surprise visit for her mother's birthday. After slipping and injuring herself, her mother felt badly and wrote Louah a letter apologizing for the incident.
End of story, right? WRONG!
Louah filed suit for $75,000 in damages for medical bills and lost wages, claiming that the letter proved her parents knew they had an icy driveway and faulty drainage system, and did nothing about it.
The parents say she can't prove it.
Tell 'ya what, you little brat... How about if you NEVER show again, and you won't have to worry about your parent's driveway. And while your at it, Illinois may not be far enough away from Wisconsin. How about you move to Nevada, where there isn't any ice... Just looking out for you, you sniveling, greedy little. *ahem*.
The best part of the story... A federal 'judge' refused to toss out the lawsuit, saying that a jury should decide the matter in November.
