Nipple Nazi WTF Moment:

I would BEAT THIS PERSON'S ASS to DEATH:

A Kentucky woman was charged with assault after she allegedly squirted breast milk into the face of a deputy, sparking online debate Sunday in the local media.
Toni Tramel, 31, was arrested Thursday for public intoxication in Owensboro, WYMT-TV reported, but it is what she did next which has attracted headlines.
As Tramel changed into an inmate uniform, she squirted a stream of breast milk into the face of the female deputy watching over her.
A press release from the Daviess County, Kentucky, Detention Center, said that after the deputy decontaminated herself from the "bio-hazard", Tramel was charged with third degree assault.
While the public drunkenness was merely a misdemeanor offense, the assault is a felony charge and a US$10,000 bond was set.
Reports of the case have sparked debates about whether using breast milk as a weapon should constitute a felony assault case, with many readers likening it to an accused person spitting on an officer.
Also sparking feedback has been the use of the term "bio-hazard" to describe breast milk.
Utterly disgusting, on par with the Gitmo 'cocktail', IMO...

And there should be NO debate; If it's a bodily fluid, and it comes in contact with you and it ISN'T YOURS, it's a feckin' bio-hazard.
Like I said, I would beat the feck out of this 'person.' ARGH!

I'll bet that baby has a fan-frickin'-tastic future...

Who's upset about this? Breastfeeding nazis?

It is a biohazard b/c diseases can be transmitted via bodily fluids. That's a no-brainer. No need to be PC about this. Just because it's breastmilk and SHOULD be used to nurture a baby doesn't make it sacred.

This is in the same category with spitting in someone's face, I suppose. Just as crude. Just as low-class.

Some people are just animals.

I would give her a major tune up.

Shoot this woman, and put her child up for adoption. Such would be a win-win situation. Oh, and promote the deputy to corporal for using restraint.

Brooke this was my first thought, it is a possible source of the spread of infection. I found it amusing they were debating this.

I was bit by a student...was placed on antibiotics and tested for aids and hep. Of course this would be a biohazard.

Jen: I imagine the hardcore breastfeeders are the ones upset... But as you said, this is a no brainer.

USA: I agree!

TMG: Sounds like a plan!

Z: I imagine society will be seeing her kid in jail soon enough...

Chuck: If she'd had a communicable disease, I'd have insisted she be charged with attempted murder!

Jeff: Yikes! I'm glad you're alright!

Beamish: Ba-dum-dum. :)

AOW: She probably makes Gump look like a genius.

Nice, too, that she's breasfeeding while intoxicated. Doesn't she know that the baby will get ETOH through the milk?

That is really annoying...they should just remove her mams.

First of all, I didn't think that was possible with humans. I have no experience with breastfeeding.

Second, I think the deputy showed remarkable restraint not beating the crap out of this moron. Might as well go for all the bodily fluids, eh ;-)

Steve: Removing HER would be better, IMO.

Cube: Oh, yes, it is possible. There are several ducts on each nipple, and when the breast is full, the milk can be expressed with a good amount of force.

As much as I think one should breastfeed if possible, if it isn't, I can't stand the type that guilt trip mothers for using formula.

And it's a bodily fluid. Were I that deputy, I don't know if I could show such restraint.
