Yet, the Left (and CAIR) are saying that Awlaki's rights as an American citizen were violated. Pfffft. He was a traitor, and, frankly, I'm glad that I as taxpayer don't have to pay for his imprisonment, trial, etc.
Isn't it interesting? The same outfit that actively works to limit the rights of one group of American citizens (Christians)is shedding tears over the "rights" of a man who denounced his country from a pulpit, fled to a foreign nation, joined a terrorist organization who is at war with America, and ascended to the leadership of that organization and helped plot the deaths of American citizens.
Alawaki de facto renounced his citizenship and made himself a military target. He was not just a home grown bank robber or even a gang banger sitting in a Pizza Hut when the Hellfire took him out. As bad as bank robbers and gang bangers are, Alawki was in an entirely different class.
At least Obama has not apologized or parsed words on this one.

Ron Paul is making sounds (mewling ones) for impeachment over this... as if there weren't 47 more important reasons for Obama's impeachment.
