This is the kind of language the Republican nominee needs to use to win over the undecideds. We know 40% will vote Democrat no matter what and 40% will vote Republican no matter what. It's that 20% in the middle that count, and a split vote of independents can create mayhem. You have to help people VISUALIZE the problems and solutions in terms they can understand. Most candidates have the tendency to just throw out feel good platitudes with no substance, or they over-explain the issues and lose people's attention.
Truth, and bullet points presented with passion punctuated with optimism is the key to winning hearts and minds. We had a president that did that once.
GAD, did ALligator ever nail it; THIS is what we need the Republican candidate to scream from the nearest minaret..(I mean CHURCH..what was I THINKING?) Klavan ROCKS
I agree; A Republican candidate needs to go after the left with both barrels blazing, but it seems we ALWAYS get some soft, let's work together and get along sap.

Still waiting for a candidate that will call Obama an idiot everytime time he's asked a policy question.
as in...
"Unlike the complete imbecile we have in the White House now, I will..."
I'm liking a Rick Perry / Michele Bachmann ticket for 2012.
We need to get rid of these re-treads RINO'S and bring in some fresh new blood to get rid of this cancer .
