If this pit of evil (mosque) gets built on or near ground zero then we have let our politicians lose the war on isalm. I see islam/sharia law as the greatest evil of all time.
The government may not silence us, but the press surely can. They silence us by refusing to air the truth.
This is why we must have the internet and our blogs ... and YouTube, of course. Information is out there should anyone want to know what is going on. That many do not wish to know is disturbing, and another matter.
But now we have a president who can "kill" the internet in the event of 'national emergency,' such as uppity citizens who've had enough.
I can't remember the last time NBC or CBS gave any significant coverage to 9/11 events when it would have been appropriate. They certainly haven't shown any pictures of the people jumping to their deaths and the Muslims rejoicing in the street since the day of the attack. I'm not surprised they refused to air the commercial. And they wonder why their viewer numbers are tanking? If they spend 1/4 of the time trying to present the truth that they spend trying to hide it, their ratings would pick up. Oh well, we don't need them anyway.

That is the key to understanding why the MSM does not report on some things and skews hard left on the others. They are part of the problem. I don't think the MSM is involved in a grand conspiracy as much as they have a mindset that has developed over decades of indoctrination. Ask a journalism student why they are in the filed and often you will hear "I want to make a difference in the world" not "I want to report what is going on in the world." They see "flyover country" and Tea Partiers as an aberration and they feel they like have to do something about it. When people ask "when will the MSM get it?" they are asking the wrong question: The MSM is INCAPABLE of getting it.

Mustang: Not only is Obama pressing for a KILL of our only source of real information, but I look for him to start restricting what we can access, like hellhole Muslim countries and China do to their subjects.
