As much as I love her, she's so difficult sometimes. Genna is fierce, has to have the last word and won't hesitate to fight, especially if it involves doing something she doesn't want to. She'll fight anyone. If she ever learns to control her temper, she'll be able to do whatever she wants with her life and no one will be able to stop her.
But it seems today I am the object of her contestation, and we haven't even had the cake yet.
So despite the birthday, it's shaping up to be one of those days:

Brooke, I've been through 5 year olds four times, and am getting ready for a 5th time with the grandson. It never has gotten easier each time.

I feel your pain twice as much as Chuck because I have two girls. Both are stubborn, but in different ways. The eldest, loses her temper full steam ahead, usually at me, but her father gets his share.
The youngest, has a temper too, but she comes at you with logic and sometimes drama, but it's the logic that you can't deny.
Parenting is the best AND hardest job. Heaven help us all.
RE: the cows. Yikes. The giant spider cow was creepy. The protoplasm cows were only marginally less creepy. What sick mind devised this?

If that child lives with Brookie, I truly feel sorry for the child. To have to live with such an ignorant fool must be difficult. Genna is in my prayers.
