Democrats Cancel Debate In Spoiled Temper Tantrum

I'm taking my football and going home... The modus operandi of the sensitive Democratic party.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (CNN) -- A Nevada Democratic presidential debate that was to have been co-hosted by Fox News Network was canceled by organizers, in part because of a joke by Fox Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes about presidential contender Sen. Barack Obama.

Waaaaa! Don't make fun of me!

Are we having presidential debates already? Did I miss the primaries?

Democrats canceled the debate Friday. They said a comment by Ailes during a Thursday night speech to a group of radio and television news directors indicated the network was biased against their party.

Ooh! Was it yet another hit job from the "vast, right wing conspiracy?" Puh-lease.

"It's true that Barack Obama is on the move," Ailes said, deliberately confusing the Illinois senator's name with that of terrorist leader Osama bin Laden. "I don't know if it's true President Bush called [Pakistan President Pervez] Musharraf and said, 'Why can't we catch this guy?' "

I thought this was funny!

Even before Ailes' remarks, there was intense pressure from the liberal group MoveOn.org to cancel the August event as part of its boycott of Fox.

Gee. MoveOn.org calling the Democrats shots? Didn't see that one coming...

Ailes has served as a campaign adviser to Republican candidates, including former Presidents Reagan and Bush.

Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards dropped out of the debate Thursday, citing, in part, Fox's participation.

Ann may have been on the mark... This guy is a Prima Donna if ever there was one.

Fox News Vice President David Rhodes responded to the debate cancellation with a written statement saying MoveOn.org owns the Democratic Party.

Bwaa-haa-haa! That was my first thought! Kudos to Rhodes for having the cajones to say it!

Preying On The Elderly

Someone give me a good reason not to summarily execute this guy, because I'm having a really, really hard time finding a shred of sympathy for him:

A man pretended to hold an apartment lobby door open in New York for an elderly tenant... And then suddenly punched her in the head three times, went through her coat pockets and stole her purse.

101-year old Rose Morat lost $33 to this scumbag, and suffered a broken cheekbone.

Self-titled "soldier of Allah" Abdul Muhid has been found guilty of soliciting murder for participating in the February 2006 protests against Danish cartoons of the Pedophile Mohammad in London.

Muhid, who moonlights as a halal meat inspector when not goose-stepping for Allah, led a crowd chanting "Bomb, bomb the UK," and handed out signs with slogans like "Annihilate those who insult Islam."

Good on you, Brits, for chucking the P.C. nonsense and not tolerating OBVIOUS hate-speech!

Islamofascists Vow To Kill Prince Harry

Islamic terrorists have vowed on certain websites to kidnap and or kill Prince Harry when he deploys to Iraq in May.

One website said: "Prince Harry will be sent to Iraq to be killed by Muslims."

Another added: "May Allah give him what he deserves — like his fellow crusaders."

Who would've guess the Islamofascists would be so starstruck?

Army officials fear the Prince will be paraded on television if he is kidnapped.

Harry was 'over the moon' at his deployment A Blues and Royals source told the paper: "Officially Harry is being treated just like any other soldier but in reality everyone knows how desperate the insurgents out there will be to get their hands on him."

Internet terror expert Neil Doyle was quoted as saying: "Harry would be the ultimate prize for one of these insurgent groups.

"He would be worth his weight in gold in propaganda terms if killed or captured."

Senators Posture Over Walter Reed.

After recent reporting of sub-standard conditions at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Democratic Senators were quick to start posturing and puffing out their chests in an effort to look kind to the military they usually so openly disdain.

Don't get me wrong; I'm not saying conditions aren't in need of improvement, or that our veterans aren't deserving of the best treatment absolutely possible. They are.

I do find it ironic that the Democratic Senators trash our military on a regular basis, second only to the MSM, and only show them faux compassion when it makes themselves look good. I predict this incident is just a stepping stone; soon, we'll hear cries of a "hand-to-mouth" military coming from the left again, cementing their cut and run policy, if only to "fix" our Armed Forces and "get them in top shape" before committing them anywhere else.

"I'm worried about if it's this bad at the outpatient facilities at Walter Reed, how is it in the rest of the country? Because Walter Reed is our crown jewel," said Democrat Senator Charles Schumer.

"To think that men and women are serving their country in the most honorable and courageous way possible and all we give them is a dilapidated, rat-infested, run-down building to recover is a disgrace," Schumer wrote. "My fear is that Walter Reed is just the tip of the iceberg, and merely highlights the pervasive and systemic mistreatment of our service members."

Really, Chuck. I would think that if you were so concerned about the quality of care our men and women in uniform received, your Democratic buddies wouldn't be threatening to slash military funding as you did under the Clinton administration.

Women's Rights Under Sharia: To Die.

Pakistani minister and women's rights activist Zilla Huma Usman was shot like a dog as she was preparing to deliver a speech in the Punjab Province.

What was Usman's overriding sin? Refusing to wear the veil or cover her head.

Her murderer, Mohammad (Surprise!) Sarwar believes it is against "the teachings of Allah" for women to be ministers, or involved in political activities. Sarwar was arrested for murdering and mutilating 4 "prostitutes" in 2002, but was never convicted.


Not surprisingly, the Sharia court couldn't find enough evidence.

Said Mohammad Sarwar: “I have no regrets. I just obeyed Allah’s commandment,” he said, adding that Islam did not allow women to hold positions of leadership. “I will kill all those women who do not follow the right path, if I am freed again,” he said.

If I am freed again... You know he will be. After all, Usman was only a woman.
