Kitty Huddle.

I'm stealing Cat Blog Friday from Cube... Heheheheh.

This is a pic I managed to snap of our three cats upon coming home from work. Keep in mind the kids named them...

From left to right:

Nibbler, our new tortie kitten, Spot, named after ST:TNG Data's cat who also doesn't have any spots, and Amy/Spike, named because the kids couldn't agree on Amy from Dr. Who or Spike because they wanted a tough name.

I thought I heard my name over here ;-) You are most welcome to use the Cat Blog Friday meme whenever you want.

You have some beautiful cats and how wonderful that they all get along. If I tried to put my three together like that I'd get one of those spinning cat ball fights from the old cartoons.

I have Felix, a glamorous black male (yes, he's a fancy boy), Kinky, a small female tortie with a fierce attitude and a limitless devotion to me (she's almost dog-like in her love), and ShoShin, a sweet-tempered, but extremely curious Main Coon female. You never know where you'll find that friendly furball.

Beautiful felines, Brooke!

All of my kitties are looking beautiful today.

As if my woes weren't bad enough, my Mysti has a bad eye infection of some type. The home care vet will be here shortly. **sigh**

Amy/Spike is NOT amused....

Cube: Thanks for the express written consent! ;)

If I tried to force these three together, I'd no doubt get what you would... But sometimes I sneak up on them getting along! They'd never do it if they thought I was watching, though!

I love your cat's names!

I've never had a tortie before, but I'm starting to think their intensity is universal!

AOW: Thanks!

Your kitties are regal, from the pics I've seen!

Poor Mysti! Good luck; whether the vet prescribes pills or eye drops you'll no doubt have your work cut out!

FJ: Amy/Spike is NEVER amused. Heh.

Mysti had a dramatic improvement after one dose of salve and one dose of oral antibiotics. Eye problems come on quickly and get relief quickly as well -- if the right medication is given quickly enough.

I have to continue dosing Mysti 2-3 times a day for a week. Then will come the dental work. She is a very slippery kitty, but she is cooperating so far.

She has serious tooth issues as well! Those issues were not apparent just 5 months ago.

My very kittenish Mysti is getting old. **sigh**

Happy Caturday Brooke. Sandee has cat Friday at her place too.

AOW: I'm glad Mysti is feeling better!

It is hard when a pet starts to age. Our Dane, Fortune, is almost nine and just this week we noticed she's missing two teeth! That, and she is 'confused' at times. Almost puppyish!

Odie: Thanks, and back at'cha!
