Sudan Radicalizing

Recently a video surfaced of Sudanese 'police' beating a kneeling woman in the head and feet, laughing as she screamed in pain and fear.

Outrage from the civilized world ensued, to which Sudanese president Omer Hassan Al-Bashir responded that if you found an unarmed woman being tortured by his state you "should wash up, pray twice and revert back to Islam."

REVERT BACK TO ISLAM. Yes, he said it; everyone is a Muslim deep down, they just haven't embraced it yet.

Back to the point, Al-Bashir continued on to say that those who found the beating offensive don't understand Sharia law because it "has always stipulated that one must whip, cut, or kill."

Real peaceful stuff there, huh? Islam really knows how to honor their women. I don't know of one other major religion that condones and requires as law cruelty like we just saw.

What did this woman do to earn such brutal treatment? Apparently she had the unmitigated gall to wear long pants in public.

But don't worry, folks, the state's judiciary is going to "investigate to find out if the punishment was carried out improperly."

Or at least they were, until Al-Bashir overruled them and canceled the inquiry, and then went on to state that Sudan will change its constitution to comply with Sharia law, especially if their South secedes.

Al-Bashir is wanted by the ICC for war crimes and genocide in Darfur. He housed al-Qaeda and bin Laden in the 1990's.

This is going to be a hot mess and another haven for terrorism, and eventually guess-who will be called upon to deal with it.

And the lefties are still screaming about how Christmas makes people who don't observe it feel bad. For some reason this type of video proof of goodness and tolerance sharia law is overlooked.

This film should be on every television medium so that all can see what Islam really is.

Absolutely, to both of you. I had to go to the ROP website to find out about it; nary a peep about this brutality has come out in the MSM.

I suppose the title of this blog post is wrong. Sudan isn't 'radicalizing.' It's normalizing with the rest of Islamic views and traditions.

Actually they will find that Sharia was applied incorrectly in this case.

The woman was supposed to be struck 56 times.

Doesn't Sharia also say something about not striking in the head/face?

Gotta keep in on the back so the pious Muslim protector doesn't have to see the stripes.

I don't know if head / face strikes are banned in Muslim marital arts.

I'd assume not, given that stoning involves head strikes.

I think they're animals.

Maybe I shouldn't say this and please delete this if you want but it is how I feel.

Saw this today. A young lady who has starred in two of the Harry Potter movies has been assaulted and threatened with death by her father and brother. Anyone want to guess what that families' religious affiliation is? Jewish? Buddhist? Christian? Agnostic? Anyone? Anyone? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/harry-potter/8214522/Harry-Potter-star-beaten-after-meeting-non-Muslim-man.html

Well, Obama was outraged by such an act as this. Oh wait...he wasn't.

Beamish: I think head strikes are only OK when a Muslim woman is, um... Past her usefulness, if you get my drift.

Gator: I JUST saw this!!!

Yah, it's OK for a Muslima to make a lot of money appearing in a film about sorcery, ect,. Dating a Hindu, though? Hell, no! Beating/Killing time!

Jeff: Crickets again from OBL and his ilk.

Since Al-Bashir is such a good friend, can I be the one to introduce him to Jesus of Nazareth?

Beating women and children is what Muslim men do the best. Beating on men their own size, not so good.

This Christmas, I am thankful to God that although we have very real problems and concerns facing us, the USA is nothing like Sudan. Merry Christmas all.

Amen to that.

Liberty is ours (Americans) and some here will and have perverted it (liberty). As for Africa its not a racist concpiracy to understand it. Let every black nativist look to the old world of Africa and break those chains.
