Someone Said "Thank God!" DUCK AND COVER!!!
John McCain is absolutely insane, or he's an apologist that thinks we are so damn stupid that he can get away with statements like in the video below. Let's say you're at your local grocery store, or mall, or whatever... Which one makes you more nervous; Someone loudly saying, "Thank God," or "Allahu Akbar"? I think we all know the latter means something bad is about to happen.

A sold out night at the drive in!
Shortly after this pic, the field was crowded with kids, some even doing very impressive gymnastic hand flips, and others playing soccer, football, and even a couple with lacrosse sticks showed up while we waited for the sun to go down.
Even though the forecast was hot, there was a good breeze keeping us cool. A great time was had by all... And today is my oldest's twelfth birthday!
Where does the time go?!? It seems like we just brought her home yesterday!
Here is a bit of the opening to the film. The drive in just switched to digital from film this month. They did have an excellent National Anthem which they have played for years, but it wasn't included. I don't think they were able to transfer it.
(Sorry about the sound.)

Sooooooo....
....New job, plenty of on-call hours... It's not like I've been ignoring current events. And honestly, I feel badly about not keeping up with my blog friends!
So I'm going to try to start paying a bit more mind to this site. Especially with the hard and fast hits by this dictatorship.
But for today, I found this on the Cheezeburger site and thought it could use some improvement, so I added the last panel:
Nice to see 'yall again!

Yes, We CAN!
Work has been keeping me exhausted, with little time for anything else. I turn on the radio and hear constant drivel about the next manufactured crisis (sequestration), high gas prices, and of course, gun grabbing... I thought this pic is a great palate cleanser:
"Training in markmanship helps girls at Roosevelt High School in Los Angeles develop into responsible women. Part of Victory Corps activities there, rifle practice encourages girls to be accurate in handling firearms. Practicing on the rifle range in the school's basement."
Of course, Obama would disband this girl's 'corpse' right before inspecting the 'guns' to make sure their 'clips' weren't too 'high capacity.' And what about schools being 'gun free zones'?!?
Ah, we live in a different time!

Women Spread Disease?
Columnist In Hamas Daily Calls To Limit Women’s Movement Because They Spread Disease
Following a recent outbreak of swine flu in the West Bank, which later spread to Gaza as well, ‘Issam Shawer, a columnist in the Hamas daily Falastin, wrote that women are the worst transmitters of diseases because they tend to gather in groups and to move from place to place. He advised them to wear a niqab, saying it protects them from infection, and called to limit their movement in the next few months in order to curb the spread of germs.
The following are excerpts from his article:[1]
“The swine flu virus, H1N1, is spreading through the West Bank towns, especially the northern ones. Four people have died so far and dozens are sick, and the numbers are increasing, [though] we hope they will stop.
“I believe that women are the most numerous and fastest transmitters of viral diseases and epidemics such as swine flu, and I am not making baseless accusations when I describe them as such. This is especially [true] in Arab societies like ours, which follow customs that are positive and pleasant, but are also deadly in [certain] unusual circumstances. [For example, when there is need] to make a condolence call, women emerge from every corner and flock from every direction, even from afar, and then congregate in one place. They comfort [the family] and also trade stories – this is very important to them – and spread news and rumors, but also viruses that waft through the stuffy air. Then they disperse, and many go on to perform some other duty at some other home or function hall. This is why I think women are the fastest transmitters of epidemics.
Women gather in groups and move around? What, men are all lone wolves with no social gatherings?
(I love how the author says that women "flock." A dehumanizing description... This suggests a mindless, animalistic behavior... This betrays the viewpoint of Muslim men that women are indeed inferior and property, like a cow or goat.)
Niquabs prevent infection? Huh? Maybe someone should give these savages a lesson in modern science. Not that they'd listen.
I swear, you just cannot make this stuff up. This is clearly a flimsy excuse to restrict women even further. Hell, why not just chain them to the kitchen?
Helloooooo? Once again, are there any women's rights groups out there?
Oh, yeah. Nevermind. ACTUAL women's rights aren't on the agenda.
My next question is, if swine are haram, does contracting the swine flu send you to Muslim Hell? Do not pass GO, do not collect $200?
If so, were I a Muslima, I would go out of my way to send as many of those filthy, misogynistic, pedophiliac, goat-roping monsters with me as possible. Lots of sneezing and nose wiping! Allah Ackbar!
Why not? Every Muslim knows that most women are consigned to hell due to the condition of their inferior gender:

Propaganda Outlet Purchases Propaganda Outlet
From the New York Slimes:
Bwaahaahaaaaa! You just can't make this stuff up!
9:16 p.m. | Updated Al Jazeera, the pan-Arab news giant, has long tried to convince Americans that it is a legitimate news organization, not a parrot of Middle Eastern propaganda or something more sinister.
It just bought itself 40 million more chances to make its case.
Bwaahaahaaaaa! You just can't make this stuff up!
