Reptile House Renovations

Our family lives fairly close to Cincinnati, so several times each year we visit the Cincinnati Zoo.

Not so much in the summer, though. Too crowded, too hot...

Being one of the oldest zoos in the country means there are a few very interesting buildings and displays, our Reptile House being the very oldest in the country. Please watch this video:

Every single time we visit, Dave and I look up at the dome and wish we could've seen it in her day! Now, it seems, we will be able to!

Very nice!

I love zoos. But I've never been to the Cincinnati Zoo. **sigh**

He said "reptuhl" "The Reptuhl House?" Boy, I'd love to see it finished, for the architecture and its inhabitants.

AOW: If you and the mister ever manage to get out here, I'd love to host you and show you around!

I think you'd love the gorilla and nocturnal exhibits!

Odie: If you visit them sometime, let me know!

Gator: I noticed that, too! I don't think that dude is from around here! Its rep-TILE!

I can't wait to see the building finished! Cincinnati and her suburbs do have some very cool architecture.
