LOL! I'm in the middle of a friendly Blogger .22 competition now! Vote for the rifle you want me to shoot in it please?

For your competition, I'm going with #2.

For this cat post, I would vote for #3. ;)

I would get thrown in the clink with the .22 option.

Hilarious video.

I live in a township, so it would probably take about 35 more minutes for me to get put away. ;)

That video got slow in the middle but was well worth watching to the end. Blackie McLaser Eyes cracked me up.

That poor guy lives in a busy cat traffic zone. I feel for him, but
getting cats to behave is like asking one of them for a favor. An exercise in futility.

We've had cats (several were female) that would chase other cats off our property, but he's better off getting a dog.

One hundred and twenty different cats in our neighborhood a few years ago. And they did exactly what he described. Lots of neighbors were feeding them, but them claiming "they're not our cats." I said "okay, I'll start removing them then since no one owns them. I set out live traps and sent he cats to a shelter(it cost the city $20 a pop) The really wild, wary, difficult ones checked out by other methods which I will not divulge here. People protested my actions, to which I replied, "Oh, so you do own the cats after all? Well you can be fined for not having their rabies vaccination and tags. And you can be liable for property damage." Suddenly, cats got 'fixed" and made legal or removed from town by the cat people. I took out the remainder myself. Today there are only five or six cats in the neighborhood, three are mine and they are in the house at night. That high powered gizmo he made was just too much work. Havahart traps, .22 Marlin or even a 177. Crosman is much less work.

Gator, you are far kinder than I would have been!

What's the point of having a feral cat? Whey feed it? If it is an outdoor cat it should damn well catch it's own food!

We had one pissing under the car. Every time I turned on the air conditioner, it REEKED. (I got a huge laugh out of that Ace Ventura gag.)

I was going to set out a bowl of antifreeze... Well, not really, even though I was tempted, but I found that on a temperate night letting our Pitt Bull (who is quite docile but LOVES chasing squirrels, ect) got the neighborhood cats to think twice about our yard.

I like animals Brooke. Most domestic animals like dogs and cats become problems because of irresponsible owners. So although I have done it, for me, dispatching with a weapon is a last resort.
